Let’s be honest as we launch into this natural eating adventure. When we contemplate what it means to eat and drink healthier, our minds assume we’re dooming ourselves to a life of no flavor.
This misconception isn’t the case. Yes, we should drink more water, but it doesn’t have to be bland. Instead, reach for unsweetened coconut water. It has tons of flavor without the added sugar. You can make it yourself too.

It’s also an easier way of making sure you get all the servings of vegetables you should have in a day. If you enjoy V8 juice, you’ll be happy to know you can make your own.
People have mixed emotions when it comes to dairy. Some say it’s good for you and it helps. Others feel less inclined to see it as a healthy option.
I’m not going to debate this, but I will say, if you wish to include dairy in your diet don’t forget about kefir. It’s a fermented beverage made from milk which is also full of great bacteria which supports a healthy gut.

I’m a southern girl, and thankfully tea is still considered a good beverage for you. If not, I may have to throw caution to the wind because sweet tea is a beverage I love.
You can drink any natural tea of your choosing. Green tea is one of my favourite options, and you can also use natural sugars to sweeten your tea if (like me) you can’t imagine life without sweet tea.

Hot tea is another favourite beverage of many. If you prefer a good cup of tea to unwind after a particularly strenuous day, you’ll be glad to know it’s a great natural drink choice.
Again, you can use any variety of tea you like. Remember to choose natural sweetening options, lemon, or basic dairy choices for flavor.
7. Hot Coffee
I’m a big coffee drinker. I start my day with approximately two cups and end it with one. I love the flavor and the added energy boost it gives me.
If you love coffee too, you’ll be happy to know it’s a wonderful natural drink choice. You can add natural sweeteners, milk, or make a delicious bulletproof coffee which has many health benefits for you.
8. Iced Coffee
Chances are if you enjoy a cup of hot coffee, you’ll enjoy a cup of iced coffee too. I like to make iced coffee when I have leftover morning coffee.
Making your own creation is easy. I place the coffee in a blender with ice cubes. You can add natural sweeteners for added flavor. The result is a frothy, ice cold healthy drinks which taste delicious and gives you an energy boost.
9. Homemade Fruit Juice
As much as you can blend your homegrown veggies to make vegetable juice, you can do the same to your homegrown (or purchased) fruit.
When making fruit juice, be sure to omit the sugar. If you can’t get away from the sugar for an enjoyable taste, try to add natural sweeteners instead of refined white sugar.

I’m a big fan of goat’s milk. It’s nutritious and a great way to incorporate dairy into your diet from your homestead even if you don’t have much land.
Don’t let goat’s milk fool you. Because it’s less common in most homes, doesn’t mean it’s less useful. You can make a variety of products from their milk outside of drinking it.

Try to stick with your basic beers, wines, and straight liquors. You can also try some lower-calorie or carb-friendly adult beverages too.
19. Plain Old Tap Water
When all else fails, don’t forget to go to your kitchen sink, turn it on, and enjoy a refreshing glass of regular tap water.
It may not be packed with tons of flavor, but it’s good for you. Water is also as natural as you can get and cheap too. Don’t discount the primary ingredient of life when searching for a healthy, natural beverage.
Your last healthy, natural drink option is lemonade. I know, you must be like, “What?! This woman is crazy. Lemonade is packed with sugar!”
